birth doula
“When you change the way you view birth, the way you birth will change.." —Marie Mongan
What is a Birth Doula ?
A birth doula is a childbirth professional who is experienced and professionally trained to support mothers and families during the prenatal period, throughout the labor and birthing experience, and the immediate postpartum period. We offer continuous physical, emotional, and informational support, and advocacy. The word “doula” represents a profession not a philosophy.
